Prehistoric Swiss army knife

I wanted to share one particular piece of interest that is part of my collection. IO found it many years ago in central Ohio. At first glance it seems a really big "broken heart". But upon closer inspection every part of the 4" plus point has been reworked. One shoulder is completely different from the other. One side of the base has been turned into an engraver. The shaft has also been completely reworked down to the point. Is this the ultimate prehistoric Swiss army knife?

That is an interesting point. When it’s what you have you make it work I guess. I like your connotation of the Swiss Army knife.
